The scammer sends emails that appear to be from RE/MAX, citing a “transaction number,” and referring potential renters to a (non-existent) site “RE/MAX International Rental Service.” RE/MAX Europe has taken action to have all sites shut down, PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD ANY MONEY to unknown agents. Please ignore these emails and report any occurrences of this direct to abuse@remax.com!
